This Privacy Policy describes how MyGradeGoal ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use this website. We take privacy seriously and have built the site to collect as little data as possible.
1. Calculator data
All grade and GPA calculations on this site run locally in your browser using JavaScript. The grades, course names, credit hours, and other values you enter into the calculators are never sent to our servers. We do not store, log, or have access to any of your academic information.
2. Information we may collect
When you visit this site, standard web server logs may record basic technical information, including:
- Your IP address
- Browser type and version
- Pages visited and time of visit
- Referring website
This information is used only for diagnosing technical issues and understanding aggregate traffic patterns. It is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
3. Cookies
This site does not currently use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. If analytics or advertising are added in the future, this policy will be updated and a cookie notice will be displayed before any cookies are set.
4. Third-party services
This site may be hosted on a third-party platform such as Cloudflare Pages. That platform may collect standard server log data as part of its infrastructure. We do not control the data practices of the hosting provider. Cloudflare's privacy policy is available at their website.
We do not currently use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or social media tracking scripts. If this changes, this policy will be updated.
5. Contact forms and email
If you contact us by email, we will use the information you provide only to respond to your message. We do not add email addresses to mailing lists or share them with third parties.
6. Children's privacy
This site is intended for high school and college students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information through this site, please contact us at yanhoooong@outlook.com and we will delete it promptly.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the site adds new features or services. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
