We are happy to hear from students, educators, or anyone who has a question, correction, or suggestion about this site. MyGradeGoal is a free tool built to help students understand their grades and GPA — accuracy and clarity matter, so we take feedback seriously.

What to include

  • Formula corrections: If you believe a calculator is using an incorrect formula, please describe the expected calculation and share the source you are referencing. A link to your school's academic catalog or a specific registrar page is especially helpful.
  • Grade scale questions: If your school uses a different grade scale than what the calculator assumes, let us know. We can add notes or alternative options to the relevant tool. Common variations include schools that do not use plus/minus grades, schools that assign A+ a value of 4.3 instead of 4.0, or high schools that apply different point boosts for AP and honors courses.
  • General feedback: If something is unclear, broken, or hard to use on your phone, a short description of the issue is helpful. Include the page URL and what you expected the calculator to do.
  • Content suggestions: If there is a grading topic, formula, or common question that is not covered in our guides, we would like to know. We add new guides based on questions that come up repeatedly.

Response time

We aim to respond to all messages within a few business days. We cannot guarantee a response to every message, but we read everything. Messages about formula errors or broken functionality are prioritized.

What we cannot help with

We are not able to review your individual grades or dispute a grade with your school or instructor. Calculator results are estimates — official grade questions should be directed to your instructor, advisor, or registrar. If your calculated result does not match what your school shows, the most common reasons are explained in our guide on why calculator results differ from Canvas or Blackboard.

About this site

MyGradeGoal provides free grade and GPA calculators for high school and college students. All calculators run in your browser — no account, no login, and no data is collected or stored. The formulas used are based on standard US academic grading conventions. If you are looking for a specific calculator or guide, browse the calculators page or the guides page.
