What to include

• Formula corrections: If you believe a calculator is using an incorrect formula, please describe the expected calculation and share the source you are referencing.
• Grade scale questions: If your school uses a different grade scale than what the calculator assumes, let us know. We can add notes or alternative options to the relevant tool.
• General feedback: If something is unclear, broken, or hard to use on your phone, a short description of the issue is helpful.

Response time

We aim to respond to all messages within a few business days. We cannot guarantee a response to every message, but we read everything.

What we cannot help with

We are not able to review your individual grades or dispute a grade with your school or instructor. Calculator results are estimates — official grade questions should be directed to your instructor, advisor, or registrar.
